Job Description:
As a Litigation Paralegal at LDM, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing and managing case files, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case.
Salary and Benefits:

Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or completed formal education in the legal field - Minimum of 2 years of paralegal working experience in litigation - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle strict deadlines - Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical chronologies - Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice is preferred
